Refund & Return Policy – DGA Accounting

1. General Policy
DGA Accounting provides professional accounting, advisory, and consulting services. As such, our offerings are service-based and delivered through expertise, time, and professional work performed on behalf of clients.
For this reason:
- We do not provide refunds for services already rendered, whether in whole or in part.
- We do not accept returns, as we do not sell physical or digital products that can be returned.
- By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Billing and Service Agreements
All fees for services are quoted or invoiced in advance or as otherwise stated in engagement letters or service agreements. Once work has commenced, fees remain payable regardless of the final outcome, unless otherwise specified in writing prior to project commencement.
3. Disputes and Concerns
If a client feels that work has not been performed in accordance with a service agreement or professional expectation, we encourage them to contact us directly so we may:
- Review the concern
- Clarify scope and deliverables
- Attempt to resolve the matter professionally
- However, such disputes do not constitute grounds for refunds under this policy.
4. Cancellation of Ongoing Services
For monthly or ongoing service retainers:
- Clients may request cancellation in writing with notice as stated in their agreement (where applicable).
- Work already performed up to the cancellation date remains fully payable.
5. Regulatory Rights
This Refund & Return Policy is compliant with applicable South African consumer and commercial regulations. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any legal rights a client may hold under South African law.
